Bug report

Charles R. Dennett
Was playing around with the newly installed 2.0.6-2.  Was testing out
the book report.  When I tried to save a report, got this:

Thanks.  Saw the bug report on bugtracker.  Someone reported they
removed ~/.gramps/report-options.xml.  That didn't fix it for me.
However, removing book.xml did.
