string freeze and translations for 2.0.2

Hi there,

A few bugs and some quite big usability issues were fixed
during recent days in gramps20. This warrants a new release,
2.0.2, targeted at this Saturday.

The strings in gramps20 should be considered frozen.
The new template.po is committed, with just a couple
of new strings.

The updated po files should be committed by Friday
night, in whatever time zone you wish.
